Why Choose Us?

  • We purchase equipment from trusted suppliers only: Bosch, Lenovo, Samsung, Sennheiser, Shure, Soundcraft, Panasonic, Philips, Yamaha, etc. All equipment is certified for ISO and GOST standards, and our technicians regularly perform checkups to make sure it is working properly. All receivers and headphones are cleaned after events.

All Russian Translation Company engineers are certified by the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor) and frequently carry out their activities at various international events. Their duties involve installing the equipment, being available during sessions to make necessary repairs or adjustments, and consulting clients on issues related to the conference equipment.

  • Russian Translation Company offers all the necessary equipment for conferences (including simultaneous interpretation equipment), online broadcasts, and audio and video recording. In addition to this, we also provide translation and interpretation services, editing and proofreading, and graphic design and layout.

Offering a full range of services saves the client time that would otherwise be spent seeking out and keeping on top of the work of multiple contractors. Russian Translation Company is thus a single responsibility centre: all information is handled in-house, which allows us to ensure that our work is coherent and cohesive, and the solutions we propose consistent and compatible.

This approach also helps us to optimize price quotes and reduce the amount of paperwork.

  • We have clients all over the world, or who work irregular hours. Even those who work the usual nine-to-five, Monday to Friday, sometimes find out on Friday before they head home for the weekend that they will need simultaneous interpretation equipment for a business meeting first thing Monday morning.

This is why you can get in touch with us at any time of the day. While, strictly speaking, our office hours are between 8am and 10pm Moscow time, and you can reach us by email, phone, and fax during those hours, our translation coordinators work in shifts and are available by phone the rest of the time. Our engineers often have to work odd hours to install and check the equipment while the venue is available. We’re not big fans of setting up venues overnight, but who is? But if a job’s worth doing, it’s worth doing well.

  • While we are based in Moscow, this does not prevent us from providing technical support for conferences in other Russian cities. We have partners throughout the country (and abroad) who are ready to provide simultaneous interpretation and other equipment.

We can also arrange for engineers to travel and transport equipment to other cities. We have contracts with two travel agencies that operate 24 hours a day. We take care of booking tickets, hotels, transfers, and meals, and then include this in the invoice without any additional charges.

  • When drawing up estimates, we try to be as transparent as possible, and our invoices are fully itemized.

We do not run up costs just because we can; we calculate a fair price based on the services provided. We study the client’s technical requirements and the venue specifications so that we can offer the best solution based on your goals and budget.

Unforeseen situations often arise at events: they might run over time; last-minute updates might emerge. We make it clear from the very beginning how such changes will affect the price. In other words, there will be no nasty surprises in the final estimate. Any additional expenses (tickets, hotels, taxis, and so on) are agreed upon with the client in advance and included in the estimate without any additional charges.

  • We know from experience how important it is to keep confidential information confidential. We work with law firms and major corporations for whom confidentiality is vital. At the client’s request, we return or destroy all building plans and construction blueprints following the event. Everything that happens during closed meetings stays there. Photography and audio and video recording at these events only take place with the client’s permission.

We conclude individual non-disclosure agreements with all our employees, both in-house and freelance, that are valid for several years beyond the term of our cooperation.

  • All Russian Translation Company employees who attend your events (interpreters, engineers, coordinators, etc.) are required to dress accordingly — in business-style clothing. Of course, there are situations where jeans and a t-shirt, or even an evening dress, would be more appropriate, but only if the client agrees to this or suggests it themselves.

Knowing how to act in various social situations is sometimes just as important as technical know-how. This is why it is crucial for us to know our engineers well — both professionally and personally. We have every confidence in our people!
